AUTHOR/TY
WHERFAS, the District Board of Directors approved authorization to
participate in a Joint Exercise of Powers A~3reement entitled, "Fire Agencies
Insurance Risk Authority" (F.A.I.R.A.), for purposes of self-insurance for
vehicular, property and general liability/nsurances on March 3, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the District is a charter member of F.A.I.R.A. and is
authorized one representative on the Executive Governing Board of Directors;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to update the District's primary and
alternate representatives to the F.A.I.R.A. Governing Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District does hereby resolve to designate L. Dennis Michael, Fire
Chief, as its primary representative and Bob Dominguez, Administrative
Services Director, as its alternate representative to the F.A.I.R.A. Governing
Board of Directors.

I, DEBRA J. ADAMS, SECRETARY of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 18th day
of November, 1992.
