RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRFiTCeS OF IME ~
CIEAMINGA FIRE ~ON DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO
C0LlqTY, CAT.T~3RNIA, EREABLISHING AN APPROPRIATIONS T.TMIT
FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 PURSLRNT TO ARTICLE XIII-B OF
WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the Constitutic~ of the State of
California provides that the total annual appropriaticrs subject to limitation
of the State and of each local govexx,,,ent for the prior year adjusted for
Sections (5), (7), and (8) of said Article XIII-B. These exclusions are:
Compensation, Long-Term Disability, Retirement, Unemployment and other reserve
funds that are deemed r~-~onable and proper per the aforementioned sections;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Article XIII-B of the Constitution of the
State of California, the Board of Directars of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District deems it to be in the best interests of the Rancho
Cucamonga Fire Protection District to establish an appropriations limit for
the fiscal year 1992-93; and
W}t~REAS, the Rancho O~amonga Fire Protection District has de~
that said appropriations limit for the fiscal year 1992-93 be establish_~3__ in
the amount of $7,657,500.
NCM, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Rancho
Cucamonga Fire Protection District that an appropriations limit for the fiscal
year 1992/93 pursuant to Article XIII-B of the Constitution of the State of
California be est~_blished in the amount of $7,657,500 and same is hereby
established.
BE IT FUR1MER RESOLVED, that said approiEiations limit herein
established may be changed as deemed necessary by resolution of the Board of
Directors.
