A RESOLUTION OF I~E BOARD OF DIPaCTORS OF ~ RANC~O

M{BREAS, a special election was held in the Mello-Roos C~L. LUnity
Facilities District No. 85-1 (the "Oa~unity Facilities District") of tba
Rancho C~3mcelga Fire Protection District (formerly Foothill Fire Protection
District, the "District"), on Tuesday, December 10, 1985; and
M{~REAS, as a result of the election, more than two-thirds (2/3) of
the qualified electors voted in favor of a proposition to authorize the levy
of a special tax f~r fire supgression servioes and facilities, to est~_blish an
appropriations limit and to antreally adjust the special tax and appropriations
limit based upon ~hanges in cost of living and ~hanges in population; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to est_ablish the appropria-
tiels limit for the C. uux,,,jnity Facilities District for the fiscal year 1992-93.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamorr3a Fire
Protection District hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
S~CTION 1: This Board of Directors hereby establishes the appr~ria-
tiers limit for the O~Munity Facilities District No. 85-1 for the forthccming
fiscal year as follows:

S~CTION 2: Approval by Electorate. ~ Board of Directors hereby
finds and determines that the foregoing appropriations limit ba~ been esta-
blishedbythe qualified electcrateat a special election held on December 10,
1985, in themannerprovidedby law.
SECTION 3: Filing. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed
to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Board of Supervisors for
San Bernardino County and with the office of the Auditor-Controller for the
State of California.
