A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF D~ OF THE RANCHO
~ FIRE ~ON DISTRICT, CITY OF RANCHO
CIEAMONGA, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
MAKING AN APPO~ OF ITS REPRESMqTATIVE(S) TO THE
PUBLIC AG~]qCY SRI.F-INSURANCE SYSTM~ BOARD OF D~RS
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District is a member
agency of a Joint Powers Authority for purposes of worker oc~tion self-
insurance and administration entitled the "Public Agency Self-Insurance
sy~m" (PASIS); and
WHERFAS, the District is required frce time to time to update its
primary and alternate representatives to the governing Board of Directors of
PASIS.
NON, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District doesherebyresolveto appoint theirprimaryandalternate
representatives to the governing Board of the Public Agency Self-Insurance
Systemas follows:
