ADOPTING BfX1qI1ARY MAP SH(YWING~RY TO BE ANNEX~D TO
AN EXISTINGOC~I~jNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
WH~1REAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protec-
tion District desires to annex territory to an existing C~munity Facilities
District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the '~ello-Roos Co~,~.]nity
Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the
Govermnent Code of the State of California, and specifically Article 3.5
thereof. The existing C~unity Facilities District has been designated as
MRr.~O-ROOS OC~ FACII,ITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1 (hereinafter referred to as
the "District"); and
WHERFAS, there ba-~ been submitted a map showing the territory
proposed to be annexed to the existing Community Facilities District, said
area to be designated as MRr.IO-ROOS ~ FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1,
ANNEXATION NO. 92-1 (hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory,,).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECT/ON 2: That the map showing the property, parcels and territory
proposed to be annexed to the existing District and to be subject to a special
tax to be levied is hereby approved and adopted. Said map is designated by
the name of the existing District and the number of the proposed annexation.
SECTION 3: A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
least one (1) copy of the map of the District, evidencing the date and
adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen (15) days after the adoption
of the Resolution fixing the time and place of the hearing on the intention to
annex or extent of the annexation to said District, a copy of said map shall
be filed with the correct and proper endorsements thereon with the County
Recorder, all in the manner and form provided for in Section 3111 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.

District do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 15th day
of January, 1992.
