A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 12577.
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project pursuant to Section 17.02.1008; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above
described Tentative Tract.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. The previously approved Tentative Map is in
substantial compliance with the City's current
General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans,
Codes and Policies; and,
B. The extension of the Tentative Map will not cause
significant inconsistencies with the current General
Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and
Policies; and,
C. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to
cause public health and safety problems; and,
D. The extension is within the time limits prescribed
by state law and local ordinance.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension subject to the following condition for:

SECTION 3: Resolution 84-11 is hereby modified to add
the following condition:
An in-lieu fee as contribution to the future
undergrounding of the existing overhead utilities
(telecommunications and electrical ) on the opposite
side of 19th Street shall be paid to the City prior
to final inspection or occupancy permits, whichever
occurs last. The fee shall be one-half the adopted
unit amount times the length of the project
frontage (330 ± feet).

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 14th day of January, 1987, by the following vote-to-wit:
