HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-58 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-58 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 87-10 FOR 26,000 SQUARE FEET OF ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE USE, PROFESSIONAL/ DESIGN SERVICES AND FINANCIAL, INSURANCE, AND REAL ESTATE SERVICES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF VINEYARD AVENUE AND ARROW ROUTE IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 9th day of April , 1987, a complete application was filed by The Barmakian Company for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of April , 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, the objectives of the Industrial Specific Plan, and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code and the Industrial Specific Plan. SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on April 22, 1987. SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 87-10 is approved subject to the following conditions: Planning Division 1. This Conditional Use Permit is approved for administrative/ office use, professional/design services and financial , insurance and real estate services only, as defined in the Industrial Specific Plan. All other uses shall be subject to the land use regulations for Subarea 1 of the Industrial Specific Plan. PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 87-10 - BARMAKIAN April 22, 1987 Page 2 2. This Conditional Use Permit is approved for a maximum of 26,000 square feet for those three uses as listed in Condition 1.
