O3CAMDNGA, ODUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF C~I,TFORNIA,
MAKING CERTAIN DESIGNATIONS PERTAINING TO THE DIS~IRICT'S
PETTY CASH FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Ranch. Cucamonga Fire Protec-
tion District has previously established a petty ~-~h fund for the purpose of
paying small bills for services, expenses and char~es incurred in tb~ conduct
of official business; and
WH~]~EAS, the Health and Safety Code (Section 13905) sets forth
certain requirements pertaining to the utilization of a petty Cash fund.
NOW, TH~PaIORE, the Board of Directors of the Ranch. Cucamonga Fire
Protection District does hereby resolve to set forth the following
designations and requirements for the purpose of petty Cash fund management
and accounting practices:
The amount of the petty Cagh shall not exceed three hundred
dollars ($300.00);
Expenditures frc~n the fund shall be limited to twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) per claim for purposes of paying small bills
directly;
Robin Dague, Secretary for the District, shall be designated as
Petty Cash Custodian and is authorized to spend and account for
the fund;
Robin Dague shall be authorized to draw warrants to reimkurse
the fund. Each warrant drawn shall contain an itemized account
of expenditures and be approved by the Fire Chief or his
designee; and
During absence of the designated custodian, Secretary Robin
Brock shall serve as the alternate Petty Cash Custodian.

I, D~RA J. ADAMS, SECRETARY of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the Board of D/rectors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 20th day
of Novembear, 1991.

California.
