FD91-019 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCMO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDUI/E OF FRF.q FOR PLANS CHECKING AND INSPECTION WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protec- tion District hag adopted Ordinance No. FD 6, providing for adoption of fees reasonably borne frc~n plan checking and inspection; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Directors that the fees established herein shall cover, but not exceed, the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fee is charged; and WHEREAS, based upon evidence presented, the Board of Directors hereby determines that the fees established herein reasonably cover but do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost for providing the service for which the fee is NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District does hereby resolve that the following fees shall be paid: Start-up fee for commercial, industrial or multi-family dwelling units (paid prior to TRC) $ 75.00 II. Plan review; buildingand/or system(s) inspection A. Single family residential $120.00 Non-residential development and multi-family residential dwelling $620.00 C. Interiorand/or exterior buildingalteration $190.00 D. New sprinkler systems or over 10 heads $150.00 10 heads or less (alteration only) $ 85.00 Fixed fire-extinguishing systems ( i.e. carben dioxide, potassium bicarbonate, halon, etc.) $135.00 F.
