A RESOU3I~ON OF THE BOARD OF DIREL'TORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAFf~GA FIRE ~ON DISTRICT, CITY OF RANCHO
CIEAMONGA, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR ~ FACILITIES
DISTRICT NO. 88-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protec-
tion District ( formerly Foothill Fire Protection District, hereinafter
referred to as the "legislative body") has initiated proceelings, held a
public hearing, conducted an election and received a favorable vote from the
qualified electors relating to the levy of a special tax in a ccm~m3nity
facilities district, all as authorized purs~ant to the terms and provisions of
the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982", as amended, being Chapter
2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California. This Community Facilities District is designated as COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1 (hereinafter referred to as the "District"); and
WHERFAS, this legislative body has received and reviewed a budget for
Fiscal Year 1991-92 for the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1: Adoption of Budget. The Board of Directors hereby
approves and adopts the budget designated: "Mello-Roos Conu~unity Facilities
District No. 88-1 Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92" hereto attached as
Exhibit "A" and on file in the office of the District and available for public
inspection.
