A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT NO. 87-255 FOR
CHILDBIRTH CLASSES (WITHIN A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE)
LOCATED AT 10736 SUNDANCE DRIVE IN THE MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - APN 1077-151-75
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1987, a complete application was
filed by Wrayanne Cisneros for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following can be met:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the
objectives of the Development Code and the purposes
of the district in which the site is located and
2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity; and
3. That the proposed project is in compliance with each
of the applicable provisions of the Development
Code; and
4. That the proposed project is consistent with the
objectives of the General plan.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment and is categorically exempt in accordance with the California
Environmental Quality Act. •
SECTION 3: That Home Occupation Permit No. 87-255 is approved
subject to the following conditions:
1. Maximum class size shall not exceed 16 persons at
any time, exclusive of instructor and resident
family members.
2. The use shall be periodically reviewed by the
City. If it is determined that the use is
disruptive to the surrounding residences, the permit
shall be brought before the Planning Commission for
review and possible revocation.

3. This approval shall not waive compliance with the
provisions of the Development Code or Terra Vista
Community Plan, including applicable Home Occupation
Criteria.
4. Instruction at the residence shall not commence
prior to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and shall not
continue past 10:00 p.m. , and shall not exceed two —
(.2) nights per week._

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
