A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING TERRITORY TO BE
ANNEXED TO AN EXISTING COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Di rectors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fi re
Protection District (hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of the
local Agency"), desires to annex territory to an existing Community Facilities
District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community
Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the
Government Code of the State of California, and specifically Article 3.5
thereof. The existing Community Facilities District has been designated as
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1 (herei nafter referred to as the
"District"); and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted a map showing the terri tory
proposed to be annexed to the existing Community Facilities District, said
area to be designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1, ANNEXATION
NO. I (hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the map showing the property, parcels and territory
proposed to be annexed to an existing Community Facilities District and to be
subject to a special tax to be levied is hereby approved and adopted. Said
map is designated by the name of the existing District and the number of the
proposed annexation.
SECTION 3: A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
least one (1) copy of the map of the District, evidencing the date and
adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen (15) days after the adoption
of the Resolution fixing the time and place of the hearing on the intention to
annex or extent of the annexation to said District, a copy of said map shall
be filed with the correct and proper endorsements thereon with the County
Recorder, all in the manner and form provided for in Section 3111 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1990.

approved, and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 1st day of
August, 1990.
