A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COUNTY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FIXING A FINAL BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1989 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1990
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District adopted a preliminary budget on June 29, 1989 and made said
preliminary budget available for inspection by interested taxpayers; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors noticed a time and place for a
public hearing on the preliminary budget; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District conducted said hearing in accordance with requirements set
forth in the Health & Safety Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District that the final budget for the District for fiscal year 1989-
90 is hereby fixed and established as set forth and attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1989.

Protection District, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 2nd day of
August, 1989.
