A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COUNTY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA APPOINTING A DISTRICT
TREASURER
WHEREAS, Section 13854, Health and Safety Code, State of California,
requires the District adopt a Resolution appointing a District Treasurer other
than the County Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the District Treasurer shall draw checks or warrants to pay
any demands which have been audited and approved in the manner proscribed by the
District Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District does
hereby resolve to appoint the Administrative Services Director of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga as the District Treasurer, who shall be authorized by the Board
to draw checks and warrants to pay any demands which have been audited and
approved in the manner proscribed by the District Board, and further be it
resolved that the District Treasurer shall receive no compensation.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2th day of August, 1989.

District do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 2nd day of
August, 1989.
