HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-84 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 88-84 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING SIGN PERMIT 87-109, A MASTER SIGN PROGRAM FOR OFF-SITE SUBDIVISION SIGNS WITHIN THE VICTORIA PLANNED COMMUNITY NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby approve Sign Permit 87-109 subject to the following conditions of approval : 1. That kiosk #11 in the Victoria Groves Village shall be relocated behind the public sidewalk to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. 2. That all future off-site subdivisions signs within the Victoria Lakes and Victoria Vineyards Villages or any additional kiosk locations within the Victoria Windrows and Victoria Groves Villages shall require review and approval by this Commission. 3. All kiosk signs shall conform to the provisions of Ordinance No. 309-A. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1988. PLANNING CO'ISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA BY: , / 4 T.
