A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 8578
(APN 229-111-23)
I. Recitals.
(i) Santa Fe Development Company has filed an application for the
extension of Parcel Map No. 8578 as described in the title of this
Resolution. Hereinafter in this Resolution, the subject Time Extension
request is referred to as "the application".
(ii ) On October 24, 1984 this Commission adopted its Resolution No.
84-122, thereby approving, subject to specific conditions and time limits,
Parcel Map No. 8578.
(iii ) All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution
have occurred.
II. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found, determined and resolved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
A. This Commission hereby specifically finds that all of the
facts set forth in the Recitals, Part I, of this Resolution are true and
correct.
B. Based upon substantial evidence presented to this Commission,
including a written report, this Commission hereby specifically finds as
follows:
1. The extension of the Tentative Map is not
likely to cause public health and safety
problems; and
2. The extension is within the time limits
prescribed by state law and local ordinance;
and
3. That strict enforcement of the conditions of
approval regarding expiration would not be
consistent with the intent of the Development
Code.
C. Based upon the findings and conclusions set forth in
paragraphs A and B above, this Commission hereby grants Time Extension for:

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 28th day of September, 1988, by the following vote-to-wit:
