' A RESOLUTION OF THE FOOTHILL FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS, COUNTY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR SPECIAL SERVICES
AND ACTIVITIES AND ORDINANCE 10 ADOPTING
THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE PERMITTING THE
COLLECTION OF FEES FOR PERMITS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Foothill Fire
Protection District has adopted Ordinance 12 providing for adop-
tion of fees reasonably borne from special services and
activities : and,
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Directors
that the fees established herein shall cover, but not exceed,
the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which
the fee is charqed : and,
WHEREAS, based upon evidence presented at a public
hearinq, the Board of Directors hereby determines that the fee ' s
established herein reasonably cover but do not exceed the esti-
mated reasonable cost for providing the service for which the
fee is charged ;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
fees shall be paid:
I . Permits ( single issuance or as otherwise noted )
A. General Use Permit shall be required for $ 50 . 00
any activity or operation not specifically
described below, which in the judgement of
the Fire Chief is likely to produce conditions
hazardous to life or property.

MAXIMUM RATES FOR ABOVE
When two or more of the same or different classification( s ) that
require(s ) a permit, and are located or installed at the same
premise, a multiple purpose permit may be obtained. The fee
for this permit shall be 100% of the largest permit item plus
50% of the next largest permit item plus 25% of each additional
item, not to exceed a maximum of $2500 . 00 .
