A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE FOOTHILL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COUNTY
OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DIRECTING THE SECRETARY TO REQUEST AN ADVANCE
OF TAX REVENUE FROM THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Foothill Fire
Protection District has determined that there will be insufficient
District funds to provide fire protection to the District during
the month of October, 1986 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Secretary
is hereby directed to request from the Board of Supervisors
of San Bernardino County, a constitutional advance of tax revenue
for fiscal year 1986-87 in the amount of $200 , 000 to enable
the District to continue its operations until it receives
sufficient revenue from 1986-87 taxes to sustain the conduct
of its business .
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 9th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1986 .

passed thereafter on the 9th day of October, 1986 ,
by the following vote:
