A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE FOOTHILL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COUNTY
OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE PUBLIC RELATIONS
AND EDUCATION COMMITTEE FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING
CONTRIBUTION TO A SUCCESSFUL 1987 FIRE
PREVENTION WEER
WHEREAS, the Public Relations and Education Committee
is still within its first full year of activity, and
WHEREAS, a spirit of cooperation and teamwork is a
must for the committee members in order to achieve the demands
placed upon them, and
WHEREAS, this same cooperative teamwork spirit was
obviously present as clearly evidenced by the successful Fire
Prevention Week activities and the committee ' s involvement in
the 1987 Grape Harvest Festival, and
WHEREAS, the dedication of their time, talent and exper-
tise culminated in reaching several thousand people with the
' message of saving lives and property within our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Directors of the Foothill Fire Protection District does hereby
express our sincere gratitude to, and commend all the members
of , the Public Relations and Education Committee for their
professional approach to successful completion of the 1987 Fire
Prevention Week activities .
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th day of NOVEMBER, 1987 .
