A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT 85-21, THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MASTER PLAN FOR A
27.13 ACRE INDUSTRIAL PARK AND THE FIRST PHASE OF
CONSTRUCTION, CONSISTING OF A 58,000 SQUARE FOOT MINI-
STORAGE FACILITY WITH A CARETAKER 'S RESIDENCE ON 2.95
ACRES OF LAND IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT (SUBAREA
7) , LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FOOTHILL
BOULEVARD AND ROCHESTER AVENUE, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN
SUPPORT THEREOF - APN: 229-011-10, 19, 21, 26, 27, AND
28.
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02.100; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-
described Conditional Use Permit.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a
distressed market climate for development of the
project.
B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory
conditions make it unreasonable to develop the
project at this time.
C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of
approval regarding expirations would not be
consistent with the intent of the Development Code.
D. That the granting of said time extension will not
be detrimental to the public health, safety, or
welfare, or materially injurious to properties or
improvements in the vicinity.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension for:

I, Brad Buller, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 24th day of May, 1989, by the following vote-to-wit:
