A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NUMBER 12357, LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND JASPER STREET -
APN 201-212-12
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 12357. submitted by Southland
Development Corporation, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing into 2
parcels, the real property situated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, identified as APN(s) 201-212-12, located
at the southwest corner of Highland Avenue and Jasper Street; and
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1989, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the map is consistent with the General Plan.
2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision is
consistent with the General Plan.
3. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed development.
4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will
not cause substantial environmental damage or public
health problems or have adverse affects on abutting
property.
SECTION 2: This Commission finds and certifies that the project has
been reviewed and considered in compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act of 1970 and, further, this Commission hereby issues a Negative
Declaration.
SECTION 3: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 12357 is hereby approved
subject to the attached Standard Conditions and the following Special
Conditions:
1. A permit will be required from MWD for any work within their
right-of-way.

2. Any necessary improvements extending across Lot A shall be
constructed upon the development of Lot 1.
3. The area along Jasper Street is designated as a Flood Zone A;
therefore, sufficient flood protection measures shall be
designed and constructed upon development of parcel No. 1
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1989.
