A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TIME
EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 88-13 FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A FIVE-STORY OFFICE BUILDING ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HAVEN AVENUE AND ARROW ROUTE IN THE
INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT, SUBAREA 6 OF THE INDUSTRIAL
SPECIFIC PLAN, AND THE HAVEN AVENUE OVERLAY DISTRICT, AND
MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF - APN : 209-142-16.
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a Time Extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 17 .02.100.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the
above-described industrial project.
SECTION 1 : The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a
distressed market climate for development of the
project.
B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory
conditions make it unreasonable to develop the
project at this time.
C. That strict enforcement of the Conditions of Approval
regarding expirations would not be consistent with
the intent of the Development Code.
D. That the granting of said Time Extension will not be
detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare
or materially injurious to properties or improvements
in the vicinity.
SECTION 2 : The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
Time Extension for:

Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga , at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
