A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TIME
EXTENSION FOR PARCEL MAP 9998, A DIVISION OF 31 .15 ACRES
OF LAND INTO 5 PARCELS FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES WITHIN
SUBAREA 7 OF THE INDUSTRIAL AREA SPECIFIC PLAN, LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND
ROCHESTER AVENUE, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF
- APN: 229-011-10, 19, 21 , 26 , 27 , AND 28.
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a Time Extension for the above-
described project, pursuant to Section 1 .501 .6.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the
Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-
described Tentative Parcel Map on May 28, 1986.
SECTION 1 : The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. The current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it
unreasonable to build at this time; and
B. That strict enforcement of the Conditions of Approval regarding
expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code;
and
C. That there has been no significant changes to the character of the
area in which the project is located that would cause the project to become
nonconforming or inconsistent with current standards.
SECTION 2 : The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a Time
Extension for:
Parcel Map Applicant Expiration
