A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION
FOR TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 14263, FOR A RESIDENTIAL
SUBDIVISION AND DESIGN REVIEW OF 32 CONDOMINIUM UNITS ON
3.35 ACRES OF LAND IN THE MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
(8-14 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE) , LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE
OF CARNELIAN STREET AT VIVERO STREET, AND MAKING FINDINGS
IN SUPPORT THEREOF - APN: 207-022-54 AND 64.
A. Recitals
(i) G & D Construction, Inc. has filed an application for the
extension of Tentative Tract No. 14263 as described in the title of this
Resolution. Hereinafter in this Resolution, the subject Time Extension
request is referred to as "the application. "
(ii) On October 25, 1989, the Commission adopted Resolutions 89-135
and 89-136, thereby approving, subject to specific conditions and time limits,
Tentative Tract No. 14263 and the Design Review for Tentative Tract 14263.
(iii) On December 17, 1991, the Commission adopted Resolution
No. 91-186, thereby granting a one-year time extension, until October 25,
1992, for Tentative Tract 14263 and the Design Review thereof.
(iv) On September 21, 1992, the applicant filed a request for a time
extension for the application to extend the application until
October 25, 1993.
(v) On October 28, 1992, this Commission conducted a meeting to
consider the application and concluded said meeting on that date.
(vi) All legal prerequisites prior to the adoption of this Resolution
have occurred.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found, determined, and resolved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
1. This Commission hereby specifically finds that all of the facts
set forth in the Recitals, Part A, of this Resolution are true and correct.
2. Based upon substantial evidence presented to this Commission,
including written and oral staff reports, this Commission hereby specifically
finds as follows:
a. The previously approved tentative map is in substantial
compliance with the City's current General Plan, specific plans, ordinances,
plans, codes, and policies; and

b. The extension of the tentative map will not cause
significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, specific plans,
ordinances, plans, codes, and policies; and
c. The extension of the tentative map is not likely to cause
public health and safety problems; and
d. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by state
law and local ordinance.
3. Based upon the findings and conclusions set forth in paragraphs
1 and 2 above, this Commission hereby grants a time extension for:

4. The Secretary to this Commission shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
