SPECIFIC PLAN, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF -
APN: 229-331-06
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02.100(B) of the Development
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the
above-described Conditional Use Permit on November 14, 1990.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a
distressed market climate for development of the
project.
B. That the economic, marketing, and inventory
conditions have made it unreasonable to develop the
project since the original approval date.
C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of
approval regarding expirations would not be
consistent with the intent of the Development Code.
D. That the granting of said time extension will not be
detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare
or materially injurious to properties or
improvements in the vicinity.
