11. WHEN IMPROVEMENTS ARE TO BE PLACED ON NATIVE SOIL WHICH CONSISTS

CONTRACTOR SHALL ADJUST TO FINISH GRADE ALL MANHOLE RIMS, WATER VALVE BOXES,
THAN 50 FOOT INTERVALS. ADDITIONAL PAVING STAKES MAY BE REQUIRED
UTILITY BOXES AND LIDS, ETC.
BY CITY ENGINEER AS NEEDED AT WARPED OR VERTICAL CURVE AREAS.

ALL SEWER, WATER, ELECTRIC, GAS, PHONE, OR OTHER UTILITY LATERALS,
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE E ALL THE NECESSARY PIPE FITTINGS TO CO: PLETE THE

COMPACTION TESTS OF EMBANKMENT CONSTRUCTION, TRENCH BACKFILL,

COMPACTING ORIGINAL GROUND AND ALL 'SUB — GRADES SHALL BE PERFORMED
FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES TO OR USES OF THESE PLANS. ALL CHANGES TO THESE
AT NO COST TO THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA. A WRITTEN REPORT WITH
