A. C~T.T. TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District met on
Wednesday, September 19, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center,
located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. The meeting
was called to order at 7:07 p.m. by President Dennis L. Stout.
Present were Boardmembers:

William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buquet II, and
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager; James Markman, City Attorney; Jerry
Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Rick Gomez, Community Development Director; Brad
Bullet, City Planner; Larry Henderson, Principal Planner; Miki Bratt, Associate
Planner; Tom Grahn, Assistant Planner; Anna Lisa Hernandez, Assistant Planner;
Anthea Hartig, Assistant Planner; Paul Rougeau, Traffic Engineer; Bob Zetterberg,
Public Works Maintenance Manager; Walt Stickney, Associate Engineer; Jim Hart,
Administrative Services Director; Duane Baker, Assistant to the City Manager;
Chief Dennis Michael, Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District; Capt. Bruce
Zeiner, Rancho Cucamonga Police Department; and Debra J. Adams, Secretary.
Absent were Boardmembers: Deborah N. Brown and Pamela J. Wright.

1990.
D3. Approval of General Fund (Fund 01) Monthly Expenditure Report for the
period ending June 30, 1990, in the amount of $365,567.91.
D4. Approval of Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 85-1 (Fund 02)
Monthly Expenditure Report for the period ending June 30, 1990, in the amount
of $79,944.92.
D5. Approval of General Fund (Fund 03) Monthly Expenditure Report for the
period ending June 30, 1990, in the amount of $2,342.72.
D6. Approval of General Fund (Fund 01) Monthly Expenditure Report for the
period ending July 31, 1990, in the amount of $525,499.19.
D7. Approval of Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 85-1 (Fund 02)
monthly Expenditure Report for the period ending July 31, 1990, in the amount
of $91,055.59.
D8. Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Favorable Results of a Special Tax
and Bond Authorization Election in the Annexed Territory of Mello-Roos Community
Facilities District No. 88-1.
RESOLUTION NO. FD 90-025
ARESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A "MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES
ACT OF 1982" SPECIAL TAX AND BOND AUTHORIZATION ELECTION
MOTION: Moved by Alexander, seconded by Buquet to approve the Consent Calendar.
Motion carried unanimously, 3-0-2 (Brown, Wright absent); with Buquet abstaining
on the minutes of August 15, 1990.

MOTION: Moved by Buquet, seconded by Alexander to adjourn. Motion carried
unanimously, 3-0-2 (Brown, Wright absent). The meeting adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
