RESOLUTION NO. FD 16-026
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,COUNTY
OF SAN BERNARDINO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FIXING A FINAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2016 THROUGH
JUNE 30, 2017
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
adopted its General Fund Preliminary Budget on June 16, 2016, and made said preliminary budget
available for inspection by interested taxpayers; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors noticed a time and place for a public hearing regarding
the preliminary budget; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
conducted said hearing in accordance with requirements set forth in the Health and Safety Code of
the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga
Fire Protection District does hereby adopt the General Fund Final Budget for the District for fiscal
year 2016/17 and is hereby fixed and established as set forth and attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
