A, C.3kT.T. TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District was held on
Wednesday, March 6, 1991, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, located
at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. The meeting was
called to order at 7:08 p.m. by President Dennis L. Stout.
Present were Boardmembers: William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buquet II, Diane
Williams, Pamela J. Wright, and President Dennis L. Stout.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager; James Markman, City Attorney; Linda
D. Daniels, Deputy City Manager; Jerry B. Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Olen
Jones, Sr. RDA Analyst; Brad Buller, City Planner; Anthea Hartig, Associate
Planner; Joe O'Neil, City Engineer; Robert Zetterberg, Public Works Maintenance
Manager; Jerry Grant, Building Official; Tony Flores, Management Analyst I; Jim
Hart, Administrative Services Director; Jim Frost, City Treasurer; Duane Baker,
Assistant to the City Manager; Diane O'Neal, Management Analyst II; Susan Mickey,
Management Analyst I; Chief Dennis Michael, Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District; Capt. Bruce Zeiner, Rancho Cucamonga Police Department; Debra J. Adams,
Secretary.

Jack Lam, City Manager, stated staff is asking for approval of filing a Dispute
Notice with the County of San Bernardino regarding property tax administration
fees for the Fire District. He stated a corrected letter has been distributed
to the Board with the correct amount being $48,186.00 instead of $243,252.00.
MOTION: Moved by Williams, seconded by Alexander to ratify the letter written
to the County of San Bernardino disputing property tax administration fees and
authorizing the City Manager to forward such letters to the County of San
Bernardino. Motion carried unanimously, 5-0.

MOTION: Moved by Wright, seconded by Williams to adjourn.
unanimously, 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
