FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT MINUTES
Regular Meeting
A. CAI.!, TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District was held on Wednesday, August 5, 1992, in
the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by President Dennis L. StouL
Present were Boardmembers: William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buquet II, Diane Willjams, Pamela J. Wright, and
President Dennis L. Stout.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager; James Markman, City Attorney; Linda D. Daniels, Deputy City
Manager, Jerry B. Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Brad Butler, City Planner; Dan Coleman, Principal Planner; Joe
O'Neil, City Engineer; Jim Hart, Administrative Services Director;, Jim Frost, City Treasurer, Ingrid Blair, GIS
Supervisor; Joan Kruse, Purchasing Agent; Paula Pachon, Management Analyst II; Duane Baker, Assistant to the
City Manager; Diane O'Neal, Management Analyst II; Chief Dennis Michael, Fire Protection District; and Debra J.
Adams, Secretary.

CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. FD 91-011 AND NO. FD 91-011A
IMPLEMENTING SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-018 TO CLARIFY PERMIT
ISSUANCE
MOTION: Moved by Alexander, seconded by Wright to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion carried
unanimously, 5-0.

No items were identified for the next meeting.
F. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Moved by Williams, seconded by Buquet to recess to an Executive Session to take place at the
conclusion of the City Council meeting (8:27 p.m.) regarding personnel matters, not to reconvene. Motion carried
unanimously, 5-0. The Board recessed at 7:03 p.m.
