A, CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District was held on
Wednesday, June 3, 1992, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, located at
10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. The meeting was called
to order at 7=17 p.m. by President Dennis L. Stout.
Present were Boardmembers: William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buguet II, Diane
Williams, Pamela J. Wright, and President Dennis L. Stout.
Also present were= Jack Lam, City Manager; Ralph Hanson, Deputy City Attorneys
Jerry B. Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Rick Gomez, Community Development

D3. Approval of a Resolution establishing the maximum taxwhich could be levied
in Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 85-1 for Fiscal Year 1992/93.

FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM SPECIAL TAX WHICH COULD BE LEVIED IN
MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1 FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1992/93
MOTIONs Moved by Alexander, seconded by Williams to approve the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried unanimously, 5-0.

President Stout opened the meeting for public hearing. There being no response,
the public hearing was closed.

MOTION= Moved by Buquet, seconded by Williams to waive full reading and set
second reading of Ordinance No. FD 21 for July 7, 1992. Motion carried
unanimously, 5-0.

F1. STATUS REPORT REGARDING THE BIDDING PROCESS FOR THE DAY CREEK FIRE STATION
AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY Staff report presented by Chief Dennis Michael, Fire
District.
President Stout stated he had requested this be placed on the agenda and asked
that if there were any changes in the schedule, the Board be notified.
MOTION= Moved by Stout, seconded by Buquet to receive and file the report.
Motion carried unanimously, 5-0.

MOTION= Moved by Buquet, seconded by Alexander to adjourn to Executive Session,
to be held at the conclusion of the City Council meeting, to discuss personnel
matters, and for the Executive Session to adjourn to a budget meeting to be held
June 4, 1992, 6:00 p.m. in the Tri-Communities Conference Room. Motion carried
unanimously, 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 7z30 p.m.
