The meeting was called to order at 7=17 p.m. by President Dennis L. Stout. Present were Boardmembers: William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buguet II, Diane Williams, Pamela J. Approval of a Resolution establishing the Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 85-1 annual appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 1992/93 in the amount of $3,669,512.00. RESOLUTION NO. FD 92-011 ARESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93 D3. Approval of a Resolution establishing the maximum taxwhich could be levied in Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 85-1 for Fiscal Year 1992/93. RESOLUTION NO. FD 92-012 ARESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM SPECIAL TAX WHICH COULD BE LEVIED IN MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93 MOTIONs Moved by Alexander, seconded by Williams to approve the Consent Calendar. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE KELLO-RCOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93 IN THEAMOUNT OF $2,055,000.00 Staff report presented by Chief Dennis Michael, Fire District. President Stout opened the meeting for public hearing. There being no response, the public hearing was closed. RESOLUTION NO. FD 92-013 ARESOLUTION OFTHE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OFTHE RANCHOCUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR HELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93 MOTIONs Moved by Alexander, seconded by Buquet to approve Resolution No. FD 92- 013. FD 21 (first reading) AN ORDINANCE OF THEBOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX IN MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 85-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93 MOTION= Moved by Buquet, seconded by Williams to waive full reading and set second reading of Ordinance No. FD 21 for July 7, 1992. STATUS REPORT REGARDING THE BIDDING PROCESS FOR THE DAY CREEK FIRE STATION AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY Staff report presented by Chief Dennis Michael, Fire District. President Stout stated he had requested this be placed on the agenda and asked that if there were any changes in the schedule, the Board be notified. MOTION= Moved by Stout, seconded by Buquet to receive and file the report.
