CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT MINUTES
ReGular Meeting
A regular meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District was held on
Wednesday, April 15, 1992, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, located
at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. The meeting was called
to order at 7:10 p.m. by President Dennis L. Stout.
Present were Boardmembers: William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buquet II (arrived
7:11 p.m.), Diane Willjams, and President Dennis L. Stout.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager; James Markman, City Attorney; Linda
D. Daniels, Deputy City Manager; Jerry B. Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Tarry
Smith, Park Planning/Development Superintendent; Brad Bullet, City Planner; Larry
Henderson, Principal Planner; Cindy Norris, Associate Planner; Alan Warren,
Associate Planner; Vince Bettoni, Assistant Planner; Joe O'Neil, City Engineer;
Mike Olivier, Sr. Civil Engineer; Joe Stofa, Associate Engineer; Jo Lynne Russo-
Peyrera, Integrated Waste Coordinator; Joe Schultz, Community Services Director;
Jim Hart, Administrative Services Director; Duane Baker, Assistant to the City
Manager; Diane O'Neal, Management Analyst II; Susan Mickey, Management Analyst
I; Chief Dennis Michael, Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District;Capt. Bruce
Zeiner, Rancho Cucamonga Police Department; and Jan Sutton, Assistant Secretary.
Absent was Councilmember: Pamela J. Wright, who was recuperating from surgery.

DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A "HELLO-RCOS COMITY FACILITIES
ACT OF 1982" SPECIAL TAX AND BOND AUTHORIZATION ELECTION
Moved by Alexander, seconded by Willjams to approve the Consent
Motion carried unanimously, 4-0-1 (Wright absent).
