RESOLUTION NO. 16-198
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME-
EXTENSION TO THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DRC2006-01012
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
Consideration a Time-Extension to an Improvement Agreement executed on November 4, 2015,
By Chase Back Bay, LLC, as the developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent
to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located north east corner of
6th Street and Charles Smith Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said DRC2006-01012; and
WHEREAS, said Time-Extension is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient
Improvement Security, which is identified in the Time-Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby resolves
that said Time-Extension and Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Time Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7 th day of December 2016.
