COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (CC) INVOLVING A '71-.:....ACRE PARCEL
WITHIN THE TERRA VISTA PLANNED COMMUNITY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD BEYWEEN HAVEN AVENUE AND
SPRUCE AVENUE- APN 1077-421-5, 6 AND 13
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the Planning Commission .of the city. of Rancho Cucamong~,
following a public hearing held in the time and, ~anner prescribed
by law, recommends the Community Plan text amendment herelnafter
described, and this City Council.. has held a public hearing in..the
time and manner prescribed by law and duly heard and considered
said recommendation,
B, That this Community Plan text amendmen]t is. COnsistent with 'the
General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
C, That this Community Plan text amendm&nt is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
D. This Community Plan text am.ndmen will no
environmental impact as provided in the Negative D~claration
filed hereln.
SECTION 2: The Community Plan text of the Tetra Vista Planned
Community is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3: The M~yor sh~ll sign this Ordimance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a hawspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.

Park site. intended for professionals serving the
local area, is planned at the southwest corner of
Milliken Avenue and Base Line Road.

seen from the road. The masses of the various
buildings in the center will be divided so as to be
