The special meetings of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District, Housing Successor Agency,
Successor Agency, Public Finance Authority and the City ofRancho Cucamonga City Council were held on
February 12. 2020 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho
Cucamonga, California. Mayor Michael called the meeting tnorder at7:00 pm.

Rob Patel, property owner on Camino Pednanm, shared concerns and spoke on Code Amendment DRC 2020-00004
and avvorkahop he attended on January 30m. 2020; indicated that he has 21 signed petitions from property owners on
recommended standards; and displayed building site exhibits.
City ManagerGiUison clarified that after review by the Planning Commission the item will be placed before the City
Council aeapublic hearing.

Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy reported her attendance at a CONFIRE meeting that morning regarding a Joint
Powers Authority Agreement on a computer assisted dispatch program to decrease response times and
incorporate 911 emergency technology.
Mayor Michael adjourned the meeting at 7:12 p.m.
