Recommendation
• Staff recommends that the Planning Commission
approve the recommendation of the Trails Advisory
Committee to combine the three easterly bridges into
a single bridge structure (uses separated), leave the
two westerly bridges in place with regular monitoring,
and forward that recommendation to the Public Works
Subcommittee.

on February 25, 2020.
• Staff received one letter asking for more information about on -site
parking.
Public Art
• Public art does not apply to the proposed warehouse as it is a City
initiated project, and is not visible to the public.
