A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF APPROVED SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (SBCTA)
FUNDING FROM TRANSPOTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA)
ARTICLE 3, 20% TRANSIT ACCESS FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
2019/20 BUS STOP 1- 5 AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 20-076 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2019/20 Bus Stop 1-5 at Various Locations Project, Contract No.
20-076, has been completed and accepted by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves that
the work is hereby accepted, and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
