Mayor Michael and Members of the City Council presented a Proclamation to Jennelle Markel, Community Services Department Coordinator— James L. Brulte Senior Center declaring the month of September 2022 as Senior Center month. B3. Presentation of California Municipal Treasurers Association's (CMTA) Investment Policy Certification. Mayor Michael and Members of the City Council presented a Certificate of Recognition to Tamara Oatman, Finance Director, Jason Shields, Management Analyst II, and City Treasurer Jim Harrington recognizing them for their work on the CMTA policy certification. C. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS Frank Atry, spoke about public speaking laws, salaries for law enforcement and budget allocations. Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy reported the Fire and Police Recognition Celebration held on August 31, 2022 by the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce where the City's Fire and Police Departments, along with members that served in the military, were recognized for making our community a safe place to live, work and play. 12.
