A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 5269
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 77-0590)
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEM]ENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 77-0590, submitted by H & S
Properties, and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the north side of
Hillside Road, east of Carnelian Street, being a division of a portion
of Lot 6, Block 13, Cucamonga Homestead Association, was approved by
the Planning Commission of San Bernardino County on February 15, 1978,
as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance with
the requirements of Ordinance 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5269 is the Final Map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said Subdivider has offered the Improvement
Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City,
together with good and sufficient improvement security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City,
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating same
be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the cer-
tificate thereon behalf of said City; and
3. That said Parcel Map Number 5269 be and the same is hereby approved
and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th day of JanuarV~ 1980
