A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE COUNTY SHERIFF OF
THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA.
WHEREAS, Section 36505 of the Government Code requires the City
Council to appoint a Chief of Police;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Sheriff of the County of San Bernardino is hereby
appointed the Chief of Police of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
