HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-111 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 82-111 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 6125 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RELEASE LETTER OF CREDIT THIRTY-FIVE DAYS AFTER FILING SAID NOTICE WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements for Parcel Map No. 6125 have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk is authorized to release a letter of credit thirty-five days after filing said notice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
