A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment 85-01-A.
SECTION 1: The Raneho Cucamonga City Council has made the following
findings:
A,
The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use
Element.
The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted for this General
Plan Amendment, based upon the completion and findings of the Initial Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Raneho Cucamonga City
Council does hereby approve the following amendment to the Land Use Element of
the General Plan for the following described real property:
APN 209-061-01 currently designated as Low Density
Residential shall be changed to Industrial Park for 1.2
acres of land located on the southeast corner of
Archibald and Main.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1985.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution
No. 85-92, was duly passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council, at a
regular meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of March, 1985, and
that the same was passed and adopted by the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: King
