A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
THOMAS AND AIDA ARAMAYO, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
adopted Resolution No. 80-38 on May 7, 1980, to establish requirements
for landlocked parcels where no subdivision is occurring; and
WHEREAS, 5249 Carol Avenue, located on the west side of Sapphire
Avenue, between Almond Street and Hillside Road, is a landlocked Parcel
within the meaning of said Resolution No. 80-38; and
WHEREAS, Thomas and Aida Aramayo has executed a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1982.
