A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE EN-
VIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND ADOPTING COMPREHEN-
SIVE STORM DRAIN PLAN REVISION NO. 1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan
Revision No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of said revision requires an Environmental
Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
has reviewed said Environmental Impact Report and recormnended approval;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on January 13, 1982 adopted
Resolution No. 82-10, finding Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan Revision
No. 1 consistent with the General Plan of Rancho Cucamonga; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
does resolve as follows:
SECTION I: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby certifies the Environmental Impact Report for the proposed
Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan Revision No. 1.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of
Determination pursuant to the California Environmental Qualit~ Act.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves and adopts Comprehensive Storm Drain
Plan Revision No. 1, as shown on the attached Map dated February 17,
1982, along with pertinent profiles and cost estimates. This adoption
shall supersede conflicting portion with the current adopted Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
