A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA2qCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF WRITTEN
ARGUMENTS REGARDING CITY BALLOT PROPOSITION
WHEREAS, a special municipal election is toi be held in the CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, (hereinafter referred to as the "local Agency"),
at which time there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said City
certain propositions relating to the authorization to levy a special tax and
the incurring of a bonded indebtedness in order to pay for certain capital
facilities in a community facilities district, pursuant to the provisions of
the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1,
Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California, said
Community Facilities District shall hereinafter be referred to as
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 84-1
(DAY CREEK DRAINAGE SYSTEM)
(hereinafter referred to as the "District"); and
WHEREAS, the combined ballot proposition to be submitted to the
qualified electors of the District, being the landowners within the District,
is generally set forth as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That this legislative body does hereby authorize the
following person to file written arguments in favor of the combined ballot
proposition as set forth in the recitals hereof, in accordance with the
provisions and authorization of the Elections Code of the State of California,
and said arguments may be changed up to and including the date as fixed by the
City Clerk, after which said time no arguments for or against said City
combined ballot proposition may be submitted:
