HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-204 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 83-204 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM ETIWANDA INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR C.U.P. 82-01 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME WHEREAS, C.U.P. 82-01, located on the north side of 4th Street approximately 2300 feet west of Etiwanda Avenue submitted by Etiwanda Investment Company was approved on March 24, 1983; and WHEREAS, Installation of a median island established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Etiwanda Investment Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
