HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-91 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 84-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM ETIWANDA INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR CUP 82-01 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME WHEREAS, CUP 82-01, located on the north side of 4th Street, east of Etiwanda Avenue, submitted by Etiwanda Investment Company was approved on April 13, 1984; and WHEREAS, Installation of one-half landscaped median island on 4th Street and street lights on 7th Street established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Etiwanda Investment Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984. AYES: Wright, Buquet, Mikels, Dahl, King NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST:
