ADVERTISEg PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIOER ALL CO~FENTS ON THE PROPOSED LANDFARK
DESIGNATION AND ISSUED RESOLUTION NC. 68-13 RECOmmENDING TO THIS CiT~ COUNCIL
THAT SAID LANDMARK DESIGNATION BE APPFEVED.
WHEREAS~ THE CITY COUNCIL HAS RECEIVED AND REVIEWED ALL INPUT FRO~ THE
HISTORIC PEESERVATZDN COMMISSION REGAROING SAID LANDMARK DESIGNATION.
~HEEEAS~ ALL LEGAL PREREQUISITES TO THE ADDPIION gF THIS RESOLUTION

NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ANCHO CUCAMONGA gOES
HEEEBY SPECIFICALLY FIND~ ~EIEEHINE~ AND RES£LVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: THE APPLICATION APPLIES TD PROPERTY LgCATEO AT ASSESSOR
PARCEL NUMBER 207-102-09.
SECTION 2: THE PROPOSED LANDMARK ~EETS THE FOLLOWING C~ITEFIA
ESTABLISHED IN CHAFTER 2.2~.0~0 DF THE RANCHO CUCA~ONGA F. UNICIFAL CODE;
