HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-346 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 88-346 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~J CArD NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION ~ROM ALBERT F. BANGLE AND VIVIAN E. BANGLE, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has established requirements for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction with the Amethyst Street and Nineteenth Street Project; and WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk, street lights and street pavements located along 6714 Amethyst Street and 19th Street, to be made part of the Amethyst and 19th Streets Improvement Proj ect- and ' WHEREAS, Albert F. Bangle and Vivian E. Bangle have agreed to dedicate Right-of-Way as reimbursement to the City for said improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement. authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the Gounty Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
