A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO PERMIT THE REGISTRAR
OF VOTERS OF SAID COUNTY TO RENDER SPECIFIED SERVICES TO
THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF
A GENERAL bIUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON
APRIL 8, 1980.
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election is to be held in the
City Of Rancho Cucamonga on April 8, 1980; and
WHEREAS, in the course of conduct of said election and in
relation thereto it will be necessary to provide the following materials:
1. Precinct index of registered voters
2. Combined roster index of w'~',rs by voting precinct
3. Data processing tape - for ~bei~
and it will facilitate the election process if the County Clerk of the
County of San Bernardino furnishes the City with these materials; and
~HEREAS, all necessary expense in performing this service
shall be paid by the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to the provisions of Section
22003 of the Elections Code of the State of California, this City Council
hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of said County to permit the
County Clerk to prepare and furnish to said City, for use in conducting
said election to be held on April 8, 1980.
1. Precinct index of registered voters
2. Combined roster index of voters by voting precinct
3. Data processing tape - for labels
SECTION 2: That said City shall reimburse said County
for services performed when the work is completed and upon presentation
to the City of a properly approved bill.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
forward without delay to said Board of Supervisors and to said County
Clerk, each certified copy of this resolution.
